Feeling the Sky!!! @Pilot Mountain

Exploring new places is a beautiful experience and a refreshing one.

So on one of the weekends , I decided to visit Pilot mountain State Park.

Its at a height of 2000 ft and offers scenic look with camping , hiking.

                      On top of the mountain, feeling the deep blue sky.

                      As this visit is in December, it’s pretty cold up there. But the view is worth it.

There are three picnic areas at Pilot Mountain State Park. One picnic area is near the summit parking lot and two are near the Yadkin River. The area has many picnic tables and grills. As I had carried food for lunch, we spent couple of hours at the state park enjoying the nature.

And it was time to go home for a hot cup of tea
